What is the difference between deals and leads?

Deals and leads are actually synonymous. Technically deals are higher qualified leads. You see you can get all kinds of leads from email promotions, pay per click advertising, website visitors, white paper signups and other programs. Many of those leads are simply not highly qualified. However when a customer of yours calls and says, "a colleague of mine in another company ACME, Inc. is interested in using your product because they see how it's helping us", you can be sure that is a far better lead; hence the name Deals.

How many Administrators can I add to my account? 

You can have as many Administrators as you like. Simply add the person(s) you want to set up as Administrators in your account as [Users] and send email to support@prmdeals.com including your account name and instructions to upgrade the particular user to Administrator status.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and so on. If you prefer to use alternative payment methods like invoicing and check payments, let us know and we will set you up for that.

How does Support work? Will you support my staff too?

No. You don't need to install any software to use PRMDeals. Because this secure system is delivered by the Internet, all you is to fire up your favorite web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome), log into your account and begin processing deals and making money.

How secure is my data?

PRMDeals uses the highest levels of encryption available. Your financial institution uses the same level of encryption we use. Our servers are located in Topeka, Kansas with backup servers in Houston, Texas and redundant backup servers on Amazon S3.
